I am looking for well rounded Characters, NOT a lopsided Powerhouse. If I see this I will kindly ask you to remake your sheet.
character's "should" have ONLY one attribute and one ability at level 5 starting out regardless of Gen.
No Starting Dots above 5 regardless of Gen
Attributes 9/7/5/ (attributes don't get specialties)
Abilities 13/9/5 (Ability traits get a free specialty for each level above three / freebies or xp must be spent to raise abilities over three at character creation)
The rule is your character shouldn't have more than two attributes in Level Four and maximum two abilities. (this doesn't always apply) Also he/she shouldn't have more than four abilities in Level 3.Missing Ability
Talent: No Penalty
Skill: +1 Difficulty
Knowledge: No Roll (Auto Fail)
They NEED to coinside with your character concept & backstory
Backgrounds (15 Starting Points)
Generation: (ANCILLAE 7th Gen Max)
Disciplines: (7 free dots)
Note: 3 In Clan Discipline , 1 Out of Clan Basic Discipline.
* Must have one dot in each. no starting disciplines above 5
* Additional out of clans disciplines need the "additional discipline merit" and ST approval)
Virtues (6 free dots)
Willpower (WP = Courage +2, before freebies and xp)
Merits Only one supernatural merit allowed per character and must be explained in your backstory by example.
Flaws (only 7) YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ROLEPLAY YOUR FLAWS AND THEY WILL ALWAYS ACTIVLY WORKS AS A DETREMENT TO YOUR CHARACTER
